Description: • The head chef should be a highly skilled professional cook who oversees the operations of a restaurant or dining facility.
• Be responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen from conception to execution
Responsibilities: • Provide the project/Contract/client with the highest standards of food quality as defined in the Contract requirements. This is to include
 Cost control, Safety, Hygiene, Quality, variety, temperature, quantity and on time Services
 Ensures All Food preparation, Cooking and service areas are kept hygienically clean and maintained.
 To ensure that all food handling staff are trained to the right standards and provide continuation training to local chefs.
Qualities: Be Literate and confident and have the ability to cater for children and teenagers would be a bonus.

Must have Culinary Skills

Must be able to prepare both local and continental dishes
